Elena Ballara
Elena joined the TSMGI team in 2014 and serves as the Senior Creative Designer of “The Studio”—TSMGI’s creative team.
Elena has created work across a wide spectrum of media including apparel design, product design and packaging; publication, environmental, presentation, web and information design, as well as studio photography; video production, color-grading and editing, brand graphic identity development, advertising art direction, copy writing and proofreading. She has also played roles in pre-press and print production, focusing on digital print and silkscreen. With a degree in Art and Design from Columbia College of Chicago, Elena brings a trained eye and keen sense of style to all internal and client creative projects.
Fine art, craft coffee, good food and hilarious people inspire her interest.
Judy Messer
Office Manager
Judy Messer
Judy joined TSMGI in 2014 as the Office Manager and continues to run the office today.
Along with the answering phones and greeting clients, Judy manages the day-to-day office activities and assists the Ticket Management team. Judy has extensive experience as a professional assistant across different industries.
With a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Illinois, Judy taught primary school in Chicago for several years, as well as acted as a Site Supervisor for a Montessori School in the northern suburbs for 10 years.
Some of Judy’s favorite things to do are play golf, tennis and spend countless hours with her three granddaughters.
Myrin New
Senior Manager, IT
Myrin New
In 2022, Myrin joined TSMGI as IT Manager, assuming technical direction and support for the company’s developing e-commerce and communications platforms and other web-centric collaborative apps.
He earned his Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University, where he now helps other alumni by giving them advice online. He has more than thirty years of expertise in various industries.
When Myrin isn’t at work, he can be found accomplishing many hobbies, such as completing eight (8) marathons in Los Angeles, Huntington Beach, and Chicago, playing African Djembe drums, electric bass guitar, roller-skating, inventing food recipes, cycling, and photography.
Jenna Rotunno
Creative Designer
Jenna Rotunno
Jenna Rotunno is a creative designer for TSMGI. In this role, she is responsible for creating custom product artwork and original content, based on client and branding guides as well as marketing objectives. Jenna also provides in-house creative services, primarily focusing on digital assets and virtual product mock-ups.
Before TSMGI, Jenna worked as a freelance graphic designer for Silocable LLC. At this company, she modernized the company brochure to include relevant information and products as well as assisted in constructing the company’s website. Jenna also has experience as a production artist for OrnamentShop.com, where she hand-personalized orders of holiday items based on the customers’ specifications.
Prior to Silocable, Jenna began her career as an athletic department graphic designer for Lake Forest College. In this role, she developed media for the campus’s Sports Department as well as created posters, pamphlets, mailers with information about campus events. Furthermore, Jenna assisted in managing the department’s social media through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter posts.
Jenna attended Lake Forest College, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2019. She obtained an Arts in Economics degree and a minor in digital media design. Jenna was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa: the college’s Academic Honor Society.
As a recent addition to the TSMGI team, Jenna is eager to showcase her talents and artistic vision, but when she is outside the office, she also enjoys listening to podcasts, watching movies, and walking her big German Shepherd, Koda.
