Promotional Products Marketing — TSMGI is a leader in the promotional products marketing industry. The company owns and operates branded merchandise programs across the globe including sourcing, design, warehousing, e-commerce, fulfillment and on-site event sales.
Event Marketing — TSMGI offers a wide range of event marketing services including strategic planning, production, staffing and execution of mobile and experiential programs, bespoke customer events, expo and conference exhibits, customer hospitality and entertainment, ticket management, etc.
Sports Marketing — TSMGI provides brand strategy, evaluation, contract negotiations, activation strategy, asset management and execution of sponsorships within all form of sports and entertainment.

Account Director, Sports & Event Marketing
The Account Director, Sports & Event Marketing is responsible for leading our client’s new and robust partnerships in college athletics including the Big Ten Conference, and an extensive portfolio of individual universities and NIL athletes. The client’s primary objective is to raise awareness of, and encourage actions for, an important cause that is literally saving lives!
This position requires a highly polished and experienced professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead a high profile, large-scale sponsorship program on behalf of an agency or company. Primary responsibilities include overall strategy development, creative execution and activation idea generation, client services & support, and account team leadership.
This position is based in TSMGI’s HQ office in Deerfield, IL (Chicago suburb).
The Manager of Human Resources is an experienced HR generalist who manages all aspects of Human Resources for the firm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting/hiring/onboarding new employees, administering performance management system, employee/career development, training, employee relations, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation planning, and administration.
The position requires comprehensive HR management skills and an experienced professional who understands human behavior along with strategic initiatives, organizational dynamics, and a strong orientation to business results

Event Retail Merchandise/Operations Specialist
TSMGI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Retail Merchandise/Operations Specialist to support the creation, launch, and management of onsite retail merchandise stores at active lifestyle events for our client. This individual will work closely with the event merchandise team, fitness center management, and external vendors to design and execute retail spaces that align with our client’s brand and enhance participant experience.
